About Us

Care that feels like family, delivered by professionals

Tender Lovingcare Home Services is a Broward County homemaker and companion services provider operated by A&D Services LLC.

Our Background

Tender Lovingcare Home Services was founded on a simple observation: many older adults in South Florida do not need a nurse — they need company, a tidy kitchen, a hot meal, and someone reliable to pick up groceries. Those everyday needs are where independence is quietly won or lost.

We built our service around that gap. Our companions are screened, trained and matched thoughtfully, and we keep our scope deliberately clear so families always understand exactly what we do and do not provide.

Our Mission

To help seniors and adults across Broward County live comfortably and confidently at home through warm, dependable, strictly non-medical homemaker and companion support — while giving family caregivers the relief and reassurance they deserve.

Legal Registration

Tender Lovingcare Home Services is operated by A&D Services LLC and is an AHCA-licensed Homemaker and Companion Services provider. This license authorizes non-medical services only. We are not a home health agency and we are not licensed to provide nursing or personal care services.

Important Non-Medical Disclaimer

Tender Lovingcare Home Services is an AHCA-licensed, non-medical Homemaker and Companion Services provider. We do not provide hands-on personal care, skilled nursing, or any medical services.

Important Service Information (Services We Do Not Provide)

Florida law limits registered Homemaker and Companion Services providers to non-medical support. To stay fully compliant with AHCA rules, our team is not permitted to provide any of the following:

  • Bathing, showering, or hands-on hygiene assistance
  • Dressing, grooming, or toileting assistance
  • Lifting, transfers, or physical support with walking
  • Skilled nursing care of any kind
  • Administering, handing, or measuring medications
  • Wound care, injections, catheter, or ostomy care
  • Vital sign monitoring or any clinical assessment
  • Physical, occupational, or speech therapy
  • Medical transportation or emergency medical response

If a loved one needs any of the above, we are glad to point you toward a licensed home health agency or medical provider.
