Important Service Information (Services We Do Not Provide)
Florida law limits registered Homemaker and Companion Services providers to non-medical support. To stay fully compliant with AHCA rules, our team is not permitted to provide any of the following:
- Bathing, showering, or hands-on hygiene assistance
- Dressing, grooming, or toileting assistance
- Lifting, transfers, or physical support with walking
- Skilled nursing care of any kind
- Administering, handing, or measuring medications
- Wound care, injections, catheter, or ostomy care
- Vital sign monitoring or any clinical assessment
- Physical, occupational, or speech therapy
- Medical transportation or emergency medical response
